Soaring
"But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint."
(Isaiah 40:28-31)
The bible doesn't use just any animals for illustration.
Take the eagle for example.
Why the eagle?
The eagle as the ability to see far, think fast.
Strikes its prey with a ruthless aggression.
Soars in the air with powerful broad wings.
And the eagle is the only animal,
able to renew its own youth.
All these attributes,
Our Beloved Daddy God wants us to have.
Hope in the Lord,
not your own works,
And receive it.
When the oceans rise and thunders roar,
I will soar with You above the storm.
