What Matters.
""Bring them here to me," he said. And he directed the people to sit down on the grass. Taking the five loaves and the two fish and looking up to heaven, he gave thanks and broke the loaves. Then he gave them to the disciples, and the disciples gave them to the people."
(Matthew 14:18-19)
I hear people say,
That Christians these days are not behaving like Christians.
So even you're a Christian, you're not exactly going to Heaven.
Well. Does God really see our outward behavior?
Is that all He cares about in us?
Well, beloved, God remains faithful,
Especially when we are not to Him.
When Jesus was preaching,
the people got hungry.
None of the disciple had faith that Jesus had the solution.
But with 5 loaves and 2 fishes,
He fed 5000.
In the boat, during the storm,
Jesus was resting, when the disciples felt fearful.
And He brought them out of trouble.
See, beloved,
In these stories, when even the closest to Jesus didn't have faith in Jesus,
He did not once reprimanded or punished them,
but stooped to their level of faith to protect them,
to fulfill their needs.
Well, I guess that's what makes God, God right?
