For This Cause (2) - Vision Vs Cause.
"Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he"
(Proverbs 29:18)
From a young age, we're told that we must have a vision,
In order to be successful in life.
But question is, where did the vision come from?
And what is the basis of it?
The bible talks about the importance of having a vision.
But at the end of the day, does your vision glorify you, or people around you?
If your vision is something that only you can accomplish, beloved,
you're missing the whole thing.
The pastor whom preached on this series,
Made it clear that vision without a cause, is nothing more than a set of personal goals.
Goals that a hundred years down the road, Nobody will be talking about.
The cause God and His Kingdom has for you, is far greater.
He wants you to leave a legacy.
In the Garden of Gethsemane, Jesus not only had a vision,
He Knew his cause.
Beloved, You may possess a vision today.
But end of the day, the Cause He has for you Possesses you.
Living for a greater cause (His Cause) keeps us on track to living the overcoming life,
and to fulfilling Daddy God;s destiny for us.
Be conscious of it. Know the significance of this cause.
To be continued
This message, Glorifies Jesus.
The above mentioned are revaluations caught from listening to the series "For this cause" by Pastor Charles Nieman
