Savior of The Undeserving
"When Simon Peter saw this, he fell at Jesus' knees and said, "Go away from me, Lord; I am a sinful man!""
(Luke 5:8)
Lying on your bed,
after a long day,
you close your eyes,
hoping to fall into deep slumber soon.
You're about to say your bedtime prayer,
thanking Daddy God for a fruitful day,
and you're about to ask Him for an awesome rest,
when suddenly you experience flash backs of undesirable incidents.
The time where you told a lie,
the time where you stole some money from your parents,
the time where you watched something you shouldn't have,
the time, you made a mistake.
There and then, you feel so undeserving of anything.
Not even the right to say a prayer,
to have direct contact with Daddy God.
Well beloved, I want you to know,
that because were so undeserving,
Daddy God sent Jesus - to qualify undeserving people as Sons of God.
Maybe you come from a broken home,
or have a horrible history.
Probably the kind of experiences you had, was much worse than any other person.
Well then, Jesus wants you.
When society and man sees you as worthless,
Jesus walks into your life,
and He'll make you a living testimony,
a walking epistle to a fallen world.
When all around didn't take notice of peter the fisherman,
Jesus did.
The once hopeless man, Jesus made him into an evangelist,
and used him, to save 3000 people.
Beloved, chew on that thought. Jesus might just want to use you like Peter.
And This Message, Glorifies Jesus.
