Identity
"....Only the children of the promise are considered to be Abraham's children."
(Romans 9:8)
I realized many people today,
are stuck with chasing idols so much,
they forgot the most fundamental question of life - who are we exactly?
Many of us,
we got too caught up with chasing the needless in life,
that we have neglected our own identity.
And when that happens, insecurity sets in,
and people try to find their identity by looking at others.
Beloved, an identity isn't something to be found.
it's born with us, and in us all these time.
If you're a believer,
your identity is the child of Daddy God,
the heir of this world.
Beloved,
at the end of the day, when all is said and done,
when you finally grow tired from searching what's that was always inside you,
know that through it all, Daddy God still saw you as His beloved.
No matter how lousy you were, or how sinful you became,
Daddy's always ready to embrace you.
When the world around you seems to be against you,
Jesus walks up to you and says,
"remember, the world first hated me."
Your identity in Christ, might just be what you need to get through today.
Stay firm in it.
And This Message, Glorifies Jesus.
