Life Through Lenses

Lately I've observed that there's a growing trend in people chasing after their idols.

So much so that there was this incident I heard off,

where a girl broke down and cried in the middle of a class,

when she read that the superstar she was idolizing was attached.

I ask myself, why the trouble?

I think it's not so much of the person that is being idolized today,

but more of how we perceive the person that is idolized to fill an emotional void,

deep inside us.

Well, beloved, is that you?

Going crazy over these idols?

Well then I've a new super star to introduce.

His name is Jesus.

Humans, no matter how much you idolize,

are still humans.

They probably neglect they will still fail at some point in time,

no matter how much love you've put into idolizing them.

Jesus, He's different.

He is the one, who'd be there to pull you out of troubles,

and He calls his fans by name.

Beloved, maybe it's the sense of security you're looking for.

That sense of love no man can offer.

Well, Jesus can.

But only of you choose to receive.

And This Message, Glorifies Jesus.
