The Time Capsule
"As the Scriptures say, "People are like grass; their beauty is like a flower in the field. The grass withers and the flower fades. But the word of the Lord remains forever." And that word is the Good News that was preached to you."
(1 Peter 1:24-25)
After I had my camera lens repaired yesterday,
I chanced upon this time capsule.
It's supposed to contain things that represents us today,
and when we're all history one day,
whoever digs it up will know what kind of life we lived.
Well, that makes us all walking time capsules, right?
And the things we keep inside are our attitude, character, values and believes.
Though the things we contain inside may not be physical,
it makes an impact to those around us, doesn't it?
These are the things what govern our way of life,
and it makes or break those around us today.
Yes, we may not be around forever,
but memories of us will.
Good or bad, it remains.
Jesus came, died and rose from the dead,
to give us a life so blessed.
How are you going to use it?
What, beloved, do you want to be remembered for?
And This Message, Glorifies Jesus.
