The Comfort Zone.
""Yes, come," Jesus said. So Peter went over the side of the boat and walked on the water toward Jesus."
(Matthew 14:29)
The only thing constant in life,
is change.
Yet some just cannot adapt to it.
Others, simply refuse it.
Many times we find ourselves stuck in the same routine again and again.
On one hand, we're sick and tired of it.
On the other, we just do not want to change.
Probably because we're uncertain of what change may bring.
Well beloved, the truth is that sometimes when we dwell in a pit for too long,
when we decide to come out, or be helped out,
Sunlight suddenly becomes so scorching,
we decide to go back into the pit.
Well beloved, life's a matter of choices.
Stuck in the kind of life you didn't want,
the Grace of God sent Jesus to rescue you.
Through the pulpit, to pull you out of the pit.
Then again, there's only this much Jesus can do.
Ready or not, His grace comes rushing at you.
But if you still decide that the pit you're in is where you belong,
then the Grace given will be of no effect.
Beloved, at the end of the day,
it's really up to you to brave the scorching sun,
knowing that Jesus is there to walk you through it
and lead you to a proper life.
Remember, all it took was a little courage,
for Peter to become the only one of the twelve to walk on water.
The rest only got to see.
And This Message, Glorifies Jesus.
