Life Through Lenses

Love.

We all view it differently.

Some tag conditions to it,

others refuse to accept it,

or show it.

Some say it's a game for 2,

others say it simply hurts.

The greatest love isn't about giving and taking.

It's not about expecting perfection from another,

but rather seeing past it,

and loving a person for who he or she is.

And greatest love was shown,

when for God so loved the world,

He sent his only begotten son to die for us,

that whoever believed shall not die but have everlasting life.

Daddy God loved us so much,

He wanted to bless us with more than we could imagine.

Yet being a righteous God,

He can't just turn a blind eye to our imperfections.

Thus He sent His Son,

to be punished on our behalf.

Beloved, we all need love at some point or another.

And such love cannot be found among men.

When all people could offer was an offer to "die for you",

my Jesus did it for me.

Rose from the dead,

He qualified me a Son of God,

a brother of Jesus.

Amazing love?

I think so too.

You should try it yourself.
