The Analogy Of Life.
"He is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither. Whatever he does prospers."
(Psalms 1:3)
I always feel,
plats are good instruments to show the analogy of life.
The behaviors we see from people,
are the fruits, the flowers of a plant.
Often, we get too focused on correcting behaviors,
and striving for outward perfection,
we forget that behind every behavior worth correcting,
lies an issue which when corrected,
will cause a person to let go of what's wrong.
And these issues are like the stalk of the plant.
Because ultimately, it is through the stalk that the flowers and fruits are fed,
and it is through the magnitude of wrong issues that a person expresses wrong behavior.
So what funds the issues?
The believe each person holds on to.
A girl, no matter how beautiful,
who believes that she is ugly,
will always feel insecure.
And the issue of insecurity will cost her to be in and out of relationships,
looking for love at the wrong places.
Believes, I feel,
is the small thing that makes a huge difference in how we life our life.
Right believing is always key to right living.
And our believes are like the root of the plant.
Can wrong believes be changed?
Yes. Through the right feeding.
Place the root of a plant in colour tainted water,
and you'll see the plant eventually taking on that particular colour.
Believes can be changed when our life is watered with the right water - The word of God.
As you keep dwelling in it, beloved,
your life would be like the plant in the water,
taking on whatever colour the water is.
And since the word of God is good news,
your life will itself be a good news!
Beloved, at the end of the day,
it's about the kind of water you choose to dwell in.
Choose wisely.
You only live once.
And This Message, Glorifies Jesus.
