Down moments,

dry seasons.

A moment in time when everything seems so wrong,

and nothing seems to go the way you want it.

We wonder and wonder,

and still we don't know why all these is happening.

Ever tried asking Daddy God?

Pearls, as beautiful as they are,

are made out of irritation.

Sand gets into an oyster.

Oyster tries to rub it off and a pearl is made.

Just like how pearls are made,

Daddy God wants you to know He allows things to happen,

so you can be sharpened.

True the period of stretching isn't fun to go through,

Daddy knows it's good.

After all, it's always a parent's joy to see their child grow.

So fear not, beloved.

Bad things don't last forever.
