Luck.

"if our hearts do not condemn us, we have confidence before God, and receive from him anything we ask.."
(1 John 3:22)
Luck, lucky, luckily.
These words seems to be the first one out of our mouths,
especially when we know we've just been delivered from an adversity.

Then again, what is luck?
Doesn't seem to be mentioned in the bible, right?

Personally, I feel the word "Luck" takes away the credit Daddy God deserves.
Many times, we know, we're delivered because of His grace towards us.
When you testify that you were blessed to be delivered,
the word "Blessed" tells people that someone helped you out,
and in many cases - Daddy God.
The word Luck, however, makes people think that,
it was just be sheer coincidence things turned out right.

During one of the worst gun shoot outs,
an officer, a father of 3 was hit.
Bones in his leg shatters, and he was losing consciousness.
He was in a hostile area and help couldn't reach him.
but he survived and this was what he said:

I don't allow anyone to tell me how lucky I was. I don't buy it, I don't let that pass. Luck is vacuous. This is an act of God, a stroke of His hand on this whole situation. 3000 rounds fired, only the bad guys died. This was a miracle for the whole world to see. - Survival shot several times during shootout.
Beloved, use your words wisely.
When you give Daddy God is due credit,
He'll show you with His glory.

And This Message, Glorifies Jesus.
