Me Against The World
"The world would love you as one of its own if you belonged to it, but you are no longer part of the world. I chose you to come out of the world, so it hates you."
(John 15:19)
There is this natural persecution towards Christianity today.
Everywhere we go, it's almost a taboo to declare yourself to be a child of God.
Especially when it comes to religious harmony,
it's as if Christians are always out there to destroy it.
When when brought down to a personal level,
sometimes the remarks people make,
becomes too much to handle,
we start to doubt God actually existed.
Well beloved, doubt not.
Because you're not the only ones.
Throughout the bible,
people are known for being persecuted,
simply because they believed in Jesus.
But their lives aren't all misery.
Still, they led a prosperous life,
changing lives along the way.
Most importantly, their lives had a meaning.
Beloved, above all, remember that when the world hates you for being a beloved child of God,
remember, it first hated your daddy God.
Your life here has a purpose.
People's opinion doesn't matter.
You have Jesus.
