My Comfort.

"He, YAHWEH, is a shelter for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble."
(Psalm 9:9)
There are times,
when we feel so helpless, so hopeless about a certain situation,
yet when people offer to help, we reject them.

That, is pride.
That, is self righteousness.

Beloved, sometimes we feel that way don't we?
We refuse to show our weak side to anyone.
Because we do not want to be labeled as weak,
and thus, we reject any help that comes along.

Well, what good is help if we don't accept it, right?

Beloved, this is exactly the reason,
why we don't see breakthroughs in our life today.
It's not that Daddy God has forgotten us,
but it is us who refused to be helped by Him.
The pride within tells us we can pick ourselves up,
when in actual fact, only Daddy God can.

It's time we start to have the vulnerability of a child again,
the ability to put pride aside, and accept help when all seems so hopeless.

A crying child will never reject a mother's embrace.
And a life guard only can do his job,
if the victim stops struggling.

Now Jesus stretches forth His nail pierced hands.
Hands that can bring you hope.

Will you accept it?

And This Message, Glorifies Jesus.
